HBO : Production Intern

Responsibilities

As a Production Intern at HBO Asia, you will be working in a leading global broadcaster that has made a name worldwide as a premium movie channel as well as the producer of countless award-winning original movies and series.

You will be working in the Production Department as part of a team that produces local content that goes on air all over South East Asia. You will also be exposed and immersed in the burgeoning world of cable television. Over the course of your internship you will hone your research, writing, editing and production skills that will prepare you for life in the dynamic media industry.

• To produce, write, direct and edit on-air content airing on HBO Asia.
• To assist in outdoor and indoor shoots.
• To assist the Executive Producer and team in the short and long term operations of the Production Department.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply, especially those who majored in Mass Comm/Media/Film/Creative Industries/Fine Arts.
• Good written and spoken communication skills
• Passion for movies and television.
• Mature, organized, creative and highly motivated.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and non-linear editing software.
• Competency with video production equipment and photo editing software is a bonus but not a necessity.
